Write the names of places in India where underground mining is being done

In India, opencast mines are very high in the present day - more opencast mines are opening every day. Because coal production is very high in opencast mines. And the risk is also very low according to the underground mines, so underground mines are now less in India. And whatever it is, it is on the verge of closure because modern machines are not available to run underground mines in India, due to which the production of coal is very less and the risk is very high.

Today, underground mines are left in some places in India like Jharkhand- Dhanbad, Jharia, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Ranchi. These places have a lot of underground mines.

West Bengal - Raniganj, Asansol, Durgapur | There are some underground mines at these places.

Underground mines are running somewhere in Odisha, Madhya Pradesh.

Some underground mines are running somewhere in South India.
